Hamlet

Many question whether or not Hamlet made the right decision on not killing Claudius. I for one a agree with him on NOT killing him at that moment. Why kill someone and get revenge when they are ready to be killed. (Remember this is where Claudius is praying for mercy. Hence, he is ready to die.) That would insult Hamlet's intelligence. Many think that he is crazy, but I do not. I just think he is playing a mad genius like so many of out idols, like Edgar Allen Poe or even Albert Einstein. Plus, Hamlet would feel more honor by caughting him by surprise rather than when he expects it. Have you ever heard of a killer killing someone when they were ready? NO! people are killed by surprise so why stop the streak now?
Beside Claudius is guilty. He killed his own brother. The heartless bastard killed his own flesh and blood then moved in on his wife? Does he have any decency? I think not. For those of you who can't wrap your head around it think about this: For those of you who are big One Tree Hill fans. Think of when Dan (father of Lucas and Nathan Scott) Killed his own brother Keith. Same aspect. He killed his brother and eventually moved in on Karen (Lucas's mother) In The end Dan let his guilt drive him into insanity. That's the only difference no one took action to kill Dan. Lucas was almost Hamlet. But then was a different time. cases couldn't be solved as easily as today.
So here's the question are Dan/Claudius the victims or the guilty? For me they are the killers with no soul...

  1. Like you stated if you think they are killers with no soul then why stated We should forgive him? Will you answer my question to why. Well like u stated on my blog; i have to say Gatsby had a soul unlike Claudius. I Really love the example i was outraged by what you stated. It grabs my attention and got me thinking Closely.

    1. That's the whole point of my response to your post. To question the unquestioned. There are always two sides to a story, so why not see the enemy as the innocent. Some say you are innocent until proven guilty and others say your guilty before proven innocent. The question is are you the "you are innocent"... ( posative thinker) or the "you are guilty"... (negtive thinker). It all about how you think of it. I for one do see both sides, but I still do have my own beleifs which is seeing Claudius as guilty. Again it is matter of opinion.

    2. yes i know it is a matter of opinion but you are confusing me because you are saying something where am thinking on my blog that i should forgive him when here you think he is guilty. I know he is and life do go on but it should have went on a normal way. Come on that is his brother own blood. Think about it is just disgusting. Would you like to kill your own brother? IF you was in that situation. I believe he is at fault and no i did not read ahead. Am just predicting that he is going to be dead. Yea !

    3. What I said on your blog is just giving who ever reads it a new perspective, a new way of thinking about it. The one i wrote on my blog (this one) is my own personal beleifs/ principles. It's just a metter of seperating opinion from the other. That's all no need to create an up roar love :)
